My Workout Routine | Leg Day Edition

There is so much in the world about exercise. It’s a lot of work to keep your body in shape, but it is worth it in the end. I happen to really like getting some sort of workout routine in, but it’s the “getting out of bed and going out in the cold” that I don’t like. Once I’m at the gym, I’m ready to go!

I went to the gym this morning and put in my leg day workout. Below is a video of the routine that I did. If you’re at a meeting, in school, or just anywhere where you can’t make noise, the gist of what I did is under the video. Just keep scrolling!

The Workout Plan

Just a disclaimer that I like everyone should know. If you have some sort of health condition, you should consult a doctor before working out. Also, if you’re new to exercising, start slow. It’s better for it to be too easy and realizing you can do more than you thought than it is to stay like the pros and hurt yourself.

I like to have little goals for that particular day. So right now, my goal is to run a mile in 10 minutes on the treadmill, not including warming up and cooling down. Once I feel like that’s too easy, I’ll add more of an incline or I’ll run faster. To warm up my body, I just start walking on the treadmill for about a minute. Then I run a mile, then cool down. Here’s the rest of my routine that I used for leg day:

This wasn’t a very long post, but Let me know in the comments if there’s any other leg exercises you like or any exercises in general! I really like doing crunches. Those would have to be my favorite.

Working out is hard to do. I made note of one of my routines on my blog. If you're not a reader, you can watch the video too! (the link is on my blog)
